Privacy Policy.
How TCH Capital Ltd handles personal information when you use this website or contact The Consistency Hub.
Who is responsible
The Consistency Hub is operated by TCH Capital Ltd (company number 17459912), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 30 Hospital Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5RP. For privacy queries, requests or complaints, email info@theconsistencyhub.com. TCH Capital Ltd is the controller of personal data it decides to collect and use through this website and its email correspondence.
What we collect
If you use Contact / Apply, you may choose to email us your name, email address, trading experience, programme interest and learning enquiry. The form prepares an email draft on your device; you decide whether to send it. When the member login is enabled, Netlify Identity processes the email address, account identifiers, authentication and session information needed to sign you in. TCH manages membership access roles and may hold records needed to administer your education or membership. We do not collect card details or process payments on this website.
Why we use it
We use enquiries to answer questions and discuss available education options, and member account details to provide and secure access to the content someone is entitled to use. Depending on the activity, the intended UK GDPR lawful basis may be steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a membership contract, or legitimate interests in website security and answering ordinary enquiries. Any separate membership agreement must explain the specific service and processing before payment. We do not use your account details for marketing simply because you log in.
Who may receive information
Netlify hosts this website. Once Identity is enabled for the site, Netlify also handles member registration, login, account roles and necessary session technology. Our business email is hosted by Google, which processes correspondence. Authorised TCH Capital Ltd personnel may access member account details and enquiries to administer the service. Google Fonts may receive technical connection information when pages load; Instagram receives information only if you choose to visit it. We do not sell membership information and have not connected a payment processor or an automatic form-submission service in this build.
International transfers
Netlify and Google may process or provide access to personal information outside the UK depending on their services, configuration and subprocessors. We will review the relevant provider agreements and any applicable UK international-transfer safeguards for our actual Netlify and Google arrangements before operating paid memberships. Please contact us if you require details of these arrangements.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry emails only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and related legal obligations. Member account information may be retained while membership is active and, where necessary, afterwards for support, security, disputes or legal requirements. Before accepting paying members we must set and publish specific retention periods and a deletion process; Netlify Identity may also apply its own backup and log retention periods. The email-draft contact page does not itself store enquiry answers.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your personal data, or request portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@theconsistencyhub.com to make a request or raise a privacy complaint. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes and contact
We will update this notice as services change. The current website is hosted on Netlify and includes a member login designed to use Netlify Identity once activated. Membership is invite-only in the intended configuration and paid access is manually approved; no online payment or automatic membership provisioning is implemented in these files. The details of the Identity service, live cookie inventory, hosting logs and final service terms should be checked before admitting paying members. Contact us at the email or registered office above.
