Paid services and consumer rights
TCH currently sells the Trader Development Programme (£399 one-off digital course; £299 for purchases completed from 29 October to 7 November 2026 through the Halloween offer checkout on this website) and Live Analysis VIP membership (£49.99 per month or £299.99 per year, billed until cancelled; during the Halloween offer from 29 October to 7 November 2026, the first month is £29.99 or the first year is £249.99, then the standard price applies). Payments are taken by Stripe; this website does not collect or store card details. A member login provides access to restricted educational content once a purchase or membership has been verified. Price, access, cancellation and refund details for the Trader Development Programme are set out in the digital course purchase terms, which you accept before paying. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund details for Live Analysis VIP are set out in the VIP membership terms. Account access does not imply financial advice or guarantee trading results. Do not share account credentials or redistribute restricted materials.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for trading decisions taken independently after reading general educational content on this site. English and Welsh law governs these website terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
