Live Analysis VIP Membership, Billing and Cancellation Terms

These terms apply when you join Live Analysis VIP. They sit alongside our website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Educational Disclaimer and Trading Risk Disclosure. The Trader Development Programme is a separate one-off purchase covered by the digital course purchase terms.

1. What VIP includes

Live Analysis VIP is an ongoing educational membership. As described on our Join page, it gives you access to:

Live analysis is shared in a private Telegram VIP group. Admission to the Telegram group is handled separately from website access.

VIP does not include the Trader Development Programme, 1-to-1 mentorship, personalised investment advice, trade copying, account management, brokerage services, trading capital or guaranteed results. The content, format and frequency of commentary may change over time as markets and the service develop.

2. Price and billing

VIP is available as a recurring subscription at £49.99 per month or £299.99 per year. Halloween offer (29 October to 7 November 2026, UK time): new subscriptions started through the offer links on this website pay £29.99 for the first month (then £49.99 per month) or £249.99 for the first year (then £299.99 per year). The discount applies to the first billing period only; renewals are charged at the standard price until you cancel. The total price is shown and confirmed by Stripe Checkout before you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe; this website does not collect or store your card details.

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Your subscription then renews automatically and is billed at the start of each new monthly or yearly period, using the payment method you gave at checkout, until you cancel.

For yearly memberships, we will email you a reminder at least 7 days before your subscription renews. If we change the price of VIP, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try to take it again. If the payment remains unpaid, your VIP access may be paused or ended until payment is made.

3. Access arrangements

Website VIP access starts after Stripe confirms your payment and TCH has verified the subscription and set up your member account. Use the same email for your Stripe checkout and your TCH account. New members may need to accept an account invitation before signing in. If you have paid but have not received an invitation, use the VIP activation page or email info@theconsistencyhub.com. VIP access requires an active subscription.

If TCH gives you a complimentary VIP place, no payment is taken and no subscription is created; access lasts for the complimentary period stated when it is offered (currently 12 months) and then ends unless you choose to subscribe.

4. How to cancel and when access ends

You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time by emailing info@theconsistencyhub.com from, or quoting, the email address you used at Stripe Checkout. We will confirm the cancellation by email.

Cancelling stops future payments. Unless you are cancelling under your 14-day right in section 5, your VIP access continues until the end of the monthly or yearly period you have already paid for, and then ends. Your website member role and Telegram VIP group access are then removed.

5. Your 14-day cancellation right

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts for services, starting from the day the contract is made (the day you first subscribe).

If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, email info@theconsistencyhub.com with your checkout email. We will end your VIP access and refund your first payment in full to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.

The 14-day right applies to your first subscription, not to each later renewal. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

6. Refunds

After the 14-day cancellation period, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available for a monthly or yearly period that has already started, including the yearly plan. Your access continues until the end of that period.

If TCH stops providing VIP, we will cancel your subscription so that no further payments are taken, and refund any unused whole months of a yearly subscription on a pro-rata basis.

This does not affect your rights if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, is not as described or otherwise fails to comply with consumer law.

7. Education, not advice or signals

VIP is general trading education and market commentary. It does not take account of your personal circumstances and is not personalised investment advice, a recommendation to trade a specific product, or signals to copy. You make your own trading decisions. Forex and CFD trading, especially with leverage, presents substantial risk, including rapid loss of deposited funds. Past analysis or results do not guarantee future outcomes, and no profits, earnings, funded-account access or performance outcomes are guaranteed. 8. Personal access

Membership is for your individual educational use. You must keep your login secure and must not share your account, or reproduce, forward, resell or redistribute VIP content or Telegram messages without permission, subject to applicable law. We may suspend or end access if these rules are broken.
