Digital Course Purchase, Access and Cancellation Terms

1. Product and price

The TCH Trader Development Programme is a self-paced, online digital educational course priced at £399 as a one-off purchase (total price shown and confirmed by Stripe Checkout). During the Halloween offer, purchases completed between 29 October and 7 November 2026 (UK time) through the offer checkout on the TCH website are priced at £299 as a one-off purchase; the course, access and these terms are otherwise unchanged. It includes 21 structured learning modules, two TCH Strategy lessons, chart examples, exercises and checkpoints as shown on the sales page.

There is no recurring subscription charge for this course. VIP trading analysis, signals, personal mentorship, brokerage services, trading capital, third-party subscriptions and guaranteed results are not included.

2. Lifetime course access

Lifetime access means continuing access to the purchased online course for as long as The Consistency Hub operates and supplies that course. It is not access to future products, paid mentoring or VIP memberships, and does not guarantee that any particular third-party hosting platform will exist indefinitely. If the course must be withdrawn, applicable contractual and statutory rights remain.

3. Access arrangements

Digital access starts after confirmed payment, required checkout consents, delivery of purchase confirmation, and enrolment to the course account associated with the checkout email address. Customers must use the same email for their Stripe purchase and TCH account. New customers may need to accept an account invitation. For access problems contact info@theconsistencyhub.com.

4. Cancellation and refunds for digital content

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases of digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

If you expressly consent to digital content being supplied immediately during that period and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins, that change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply begins, where the legal requirements are met. The relevant express consent and acknowledgement must be actively given before payment, reliably connected to the transaction and confirmed to you on a durable medium, such as email.

Where those requirements are not met, applicable statutory cancellation rights continue. To exercise a cancellation right that remains available, email info@theconsistencyhub.com with your purchase email and order details.

Once the digital content has been validly supplied with the required consent and acknowledgement, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available. This does not affect your rights when digital content is faulty, not supplied as described or otherwise fails to comply with consumer law. Nothing here excludes or restricts statutory consumer remedies.

5. Risk and educational purpose

This course is general trading education, not personalised regulated investment advice or a recommendation to trade a specific product. Forex and CFD trading, especially with leverage, presents substantial risk including rapid loss of deposited funds. No profits, earnings, funded-account access or performance outcomes are guaranteed. Practise on a demo account before risking your own money.

6. Personal access

Access is for the individual purchaser's educational use. You must keep your login secure and must not reproduce, resell or share the paid material without permission, subject to applicable law.

These terms are intended for a self-contained digital course purchase. Any separately contracted ongoing services may have different cancellation rules. Live Analysis VIP is covered by the VIP membership terms.
